WHO WE ARE
Our mission for the Nebraska High School Powerlifting Federation is to bring competitive, safe lifting to the high school level in Nebraska. Powerlifting is a fun and rewarding sport. We encourage anyone who is interested to get in contact with your school representative or email us!
